About the Author
Wendy Hawthorne is a California native who has spent her whole life writing. Wendy considers herself a fan of life's small pleasures, especially enjoying the view of sunsets from her writer's room window.She writes all manner of romance, but she prefers to write M/M relationships. She focuses on developing characters as much as the chemistry between them. Characters may go through the ringer over the course of a story, but Wendy specializes in earned happy endings. Readers will laugh from witty dialogue and then have their heartstrings pulled only a few pages later. Her stories often feature requited unrequited love, mutual pining, soul-crushing angst, humor, and emotional hurt/comfort. Wendy isn't afraid to experiment with her style and genres to subvert reader expectations.Wendy often battles with her torbie cat named Penny who enjoys sitting on keyboards and head-butting phones while her owner is trying to write.
